Originally the main house on the property the gite L'Olivier has been totally renovated and re-appointed to the highest standards ready for guests to enjoy in 2025. The cottage now provides family accommodation over two floors with very spacious bedrooms offering flexible and comfortable accommodation for family and travelling companions alike.

On the ground floor double doors lead to a spacious lounge with through access to a dining kitchen with all modern facilities, including induction hob, oven and microwave. A new extension offers a dayroom with sink, washing machine and seating with sliding doors to the patio and covered wraparound deck which offer convenient alfresco dining options. The patio has steps down to the private garden with fruit bushes and vegetable garden. The sunroom also has a door to the ground-floor toilet.

On the first floor there are two very spacious bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room. These are fully tiled and have large italian shower trays and mixing taps. There is toilet and vanity unit with mirror and shaving point in each shower room.  The master bedroom has a dual aspect and features a large double bed. The room is tastefully furnished with a conveniently recessed built-in wardrobe and can accommodate an extra bed or cot with ease.

The second bedroom has flexible arrangements with two single beds. One of these has a single under-bed which can open to a double bed or two singles.

The gite is located to the front of the property and guests have exclusive use of the large front garden.

There is ample private parking in front of the gite.

Access to the shared pool 

is via a gate leading to the rear garden.
